Sanjeevani daily diet
Daily diet( limits) to be followed ( for male) 50 gms sprouts mixed , boil for 2 min 500gm carbs/ grains ( uncooked quantity) 60 gm protein /lentils ( uncooked quantity) 100gm fruits ( uncooked quantity) 100 gm vegetables ( uncooked quantity) 200 gm root veg like beet,yam,sweet potato etc ( uncooked quantity) 100 gm green leafy vegetables ( uncooked quantity) 25 g jaggery ( or sugar ) 25 g ghee 100 gm curd 500 ml milk For females 2/3 of the above , kids 1/3 of above , adjust accordingly Sanjeevani means enlivening, the above diet is enlivening( dis-ease free) choose or opt for organic and whole grains and stuff , self cooked or home cooked food , love or healthy feelings is missing in restaurant food( avoid) Grow veggies yourself if possible Prefer less chilli powder and salt, Prefer rock salt over iodised salt Prefer A2 cow ghee,milk and curd 2.5 L water π¦ Eat only after you feel hunger and drink when you're thirsty π π«π₯π»πΊ...
