Postures (asana) ,Fasting , Element Purification ( Tattwa shuddhi ) and Tapas ( Intense concentration) are required for healthy Physical Sheath
1) Postures :
Sitting straight ( All Day)
Sleeping on floor ( During Night)
Sun Salutation (once in a fortnight) more
2)Tapas : work on daily job
Meditation :
Curious about everything you come across
( like wondering how stuff works ), it is self study
3) Fasting
Eat everything with moderation,eat only what is necessary , eat very less ,balanced diet ,be body conscious
4) Element Purification
- sun imitation
( Don't feel affection, fear and anger towards anyone or anything and live life)
- money ,π° minimum to self and maximum to others
- smile at every one n situation
- love country, π, Nature n animals
- speak very less , only when it is absolutely required
- no desires whatsoever

Sitting straight ( All Day)
Sun Salutation (Morning , within an hour of Sunrise Preferably)
Pranayama - Deep breathing Techniques ( 10 minutes) kapalbhati, bhramari, anuloma viloma , alternative nostril with focus only
2 or 3 yogasanas ( asana generate heat in body , moderate only 3 per day )
Sun imitation ( behave like sun)
