How:
each set consists of 12 poses which needs to be done in succession with alternate breathing (either inhale or exhale) . During each pose an Affirmation ( Mantra needs to be chanted) .pls refer to some videos online for instructions.

Start with 2 sets and gradually build up to 21 sets
