ThoughtPhysix Rules/Objectives

 ThoughtPhysix rules:

1)Wake up between 4am to 5am everyday or before sunrise ( not applicable in case of emergencies and abnormal working hours)

Creative energy(UV rays) is present in the atmosphere early in the morning.you would be a creator,that is your thoughts manifest into reality ( quickly)


2)Atmabodha(reflect on the thought,every day is a  temporary birth,every night is a temporary death ),helps you focus on today exclusively

3)***Important***************

 Chant Gayatri mantra 24 times only 

and 

Meditate on AUM  twice a day (during sunrise and sunset),will manifest desires (condition:let go of all your possessions mentally)


4) only 15 minutes breath control (pranayama) within 1 hour after sunrise for maximum benefit

5) only 15 minutes of asanas (physical postures) within 1 hour after sunrise for maximum benefit


6)5 minutes self analysis(called mananam ,self check), check if you have lived as per the atmabodha,every day is a  temporary birth,every night is a temporary death

7)before sleep ,perform tattva bodha (Reflect on the thought,Everynight is a temporary Death,temporary shutdown)

8) Affirm Mahashubhkamana at sunrise,noon and sunset daily

9) drink 3 to 5 litres of water πŸ’¦ per day




General Information:

Always ,Keep up the momentum,Do not  be idle for even a minute during the day,perform result oriented work

when Any task is performed repeatedly(again and again),you would become expert at that task

You can perform 24 hours worth of work during 12 working hours by careful planning and execution (by using idle times within each task)

Never engage your hands to perform a task or work ,without thinking it through,always think positive

Creative energy(UV rays) is present in the atmosphere early in the morning, sustenance energy at noon  and  non creative energy at sunset.

Perform intermittent  body weight workouts ,like various dands.
