1 .  Daily Affirmations (Three times daily for 21 days):

The following Affirmations needs to be written/typed/spoken out loud(or  in your mind)

Affirmations:

  • I love  my life

  • I detach from people who do not value me

  • I do not hang on to the past ,I forgive people and move on

  • I express at all times about what bothers me

  • I exit any pressure creating situations looking for a solution to end the conflict,with personal authority

  • I am brave ,I do not fear life

  • I listen,before I talk 

  • I use money to improve the lives of others and myself

  • I am becoming more and more prosperous every day.

  • Everyday and in every way ,I feel better and better

Affirm 3 times daily.

When :

  • do  in the morning immediately after waking up 

  • or before  sleeping

  • or ,during anytime of the day 

2 .  Repeat or chant  "Uuuuuuhhh"  for 10 mins every day 

 ( extend the  'uuuu' sound for more time)
