Everyday and in every way ,I feel better and better
Affirm 3 times daily.
When :
do in the morning immediately after waking up
or before sleeping
or ,during anytime of the day
2 . Repeat or chant "Uuuuuuhhh" for 10 mins every day
( extend the 'uuuu' sound for more time)
