Momentum
(what is it ?, how to maintain it ?)


Applicable incase if you are feeling anxiety, depression and uneasiness.

Which happens to most of us ,
Firstly,
 have a plan for whole day,week and month.

Then keep yourself busy with any task (including menial chores) ,for example ,
If you are feeling anxious ,do something ...like. .. sweep your room,wash your face again  ,πŸ’¦πŸ΄πŸ½️πŸ› again...)

keep yourself engaged in some activity ....
You can do any activity with one or more of your five senses.

(This would attract abundance too )

you can draw some image on a notebook, sing,play music....  Any activity ,prefer some activity which moves your body.

Then , anxiety,stress and depression would reduce . Do activities with out expecting anything in return

Occupy your whole day with some activity, however meaningless or menial , you activity may be , everything is counted as work or karma by the universe .

Build upon activities , keep the ball rolling .

It is like athlete doing a warm-up before a game or event , your five senses should be warmed up kept in ready stance . this would give you light headedness and cool attitude.to perform any task

Basic rule , you cannot sit idle and let your mind wander away ,mind and body are interconnected, never let mind function alone, mind should only be engaged to visualize or plan you day or tasks.

Once you start any task , stop your mind , direct your five senses on the task only( be mindfull, also called as mindfullness)

Your body absorbs more prana when you are mindful. 

Our body,mind  is designed for performing activities using five senses all day.

Anxiety,stress and depression results of no activity.
