How to benefit from Affirmations (Mantras)

Mantra is an affirmation ,

Usually Written in Sanskrit,

When chanted repeatedly give certain benefits , each mantra should be chanted for N x Lakh times ,where N is the number is alphabets in the mantra 

Gayatri mantra should be chanted 24 lakh times , to get complete benefits or Perfection (Siddi) 

which would take many months to complete,
However , 
when mantra is chanted by group of people at the same time , you can get perfection in short amount of time .

For example ,

Gayatri mantra should be chanted 24 lakh times , to get complete benefits or Perfection (Siddi) 

If 24 Lakh people chant gayatri mantra once at the same time , everyone attains siddi or perfection.

Hence ,mantras are chanted during Sunrise and Sunset (one hour before ) to get collective benefit for all .

Also ,it applies to any religious activity like bhajan,chanting mantra stotra , meditation ,perform yoga etc 

Since it is not easy to perform group activities daily 

Tip : Listen to devotional chants or stotras on YouTube collectively or where number 
of people watching is more 



perfoming few minutes of collective activity every day can give immense benefits(perfects your mind)

It can be performed whenever you need more luck or divine favour .

Though it is of less benefit,
to chant  Affirmations alone ,it improves your concentration, mental stamina and practice time.
